Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities by connecting with HR professionals and decision-makers in companies to offer staffing and hiring solutions.

Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years in business development, client acquisition, or B2B sales (experience in the staffing/recruitment industry is preferred).
Gender: Open to Male or Female candidates.
Location: Must be based in or willing to travel within Hyderabad.
Work Mode: Remote work with mandatory field visits to client offices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients (HRs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Hiring Managers) in mid to large-sized companies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
Schedule and attend in-person meetings with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular reports on client meetings, lead status, and conversion progress.
Collaborate with internal recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
